iQstor provides a three-year limited warranty on storage systems and storage expansion enclosure hardware.

  • Spare part advanced replacement in USA at no charge subject to availability

iQstor also provides a one-year limited warranty on the Data Protection software solutions.

In addition to the above standard warranty, iQstor offers extended support plans and warranties along with on-site service and training. Some services may not be offered in all areas, check with your sales representative for more information.
