CISDI’s ULE solutions - new contract wins

Date:2024/6/7 Source: CISDI

CISDI’s green and sustainable solutions and its carbon reduction expertise are a leading force in the creation of ultra-low emissions projects. The following contract wins have recently been awarded:

        ASU plant at ASSB, Malaysia

The design of an air separator unit and high-purity oxygen system for ASSB Kuantan in Malaysia has been contracted to CISDI.

The installation will feature an hourly production capacity of 68,000 cubic metres in standard conditions.

ASSB was impressed by CISDI’s competitive solutions, outstanding digital design and delivery record and its expertise in unit flow field simulation analysis and calculation and piping stress calculation, which meet the project’s safety, stability and economy requirements.

        ULE meltshop at Ansteel

A stainless steel plant under Ansteel is upgrading its steelmaking and continuous casting production to ULE targets with CISDI.

The project will improve the region’s environment and atmosphere.

The order was won on the back of CISDI’s excellence in advanced, reliable and cost-effective solutions and its bespoke solutions for slashing emissions of sulfur dioxide, NOx and particulate matters from critical production procedures.

Free emissions to ULE standard at Baosteel’s meltshop

CISDI is modifying the steelmaking production areas at Baosteel’s meltshop to ultra-low emissions standards.

These areas currently do not have emission control measures in place.

Dry fog dust suppression, vacuum dust collection, closed and air-tight cleaning facilities will be installed. There will also be a higher collection rate of waste gasses.
